There are two double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. One ensuite features a relaxing bathtub, perfect for a long soak after a day exploring the city.
The property also includes a fully equipped kitchen and separate dining room, ideal for everything from a leisurely breakfast to an evening meal together.
When it's time to unwind, settle into the cosy reading nook with a good book, switch on the digital TV, or make use of the property's internet/Wi-Fi.

We're also the people behind The Sycamore, our restaurant by day, so food and hospitality are very much part of what we do. We love welcoming guests and sharing our knowledge of the local area, from where to find the best coffee to the perfect spots for dinner and drinks.
Whether you're visiting Lincoln for the history, a romantic weekend, a family getaway, a dog-friendly break or simply a chance to slow down and explore somewhere new, Cathedral Grove is a cosy base in the heart of it all.

Excellent accommodation, quiet, clean, comfortable with superb hosts. Positive: Superb 2 bed house, spotlessly clean and comfortable, wouldn't hesitate in recommending this to anyone. On street parking with permit was available, the parking allows for 45 mins free without a permit, which is ideal if you arrive a little early. Should any assistance be required during the stay Jamie was available if needed. Negative: Note that the stairs are quite steep with narrow treads.
